I. Scope of Agreement
1.1 Subject and Effect of Agreement
This Circuit Link Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "we," "Developer," or "us") regarding your downloading, installation, and use of the Circuit Link game (hereinafter referred to as "this Game") and related services. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning the use of this Game service.
1.2 Acceptance of Agreement
When you download, install, or launch this Game for the first time through an app store (including but not limited to legitimate distribution platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), you are deemed to have fully read, fully understood, and completely accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement and its accompanying Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, your legal guardian shall also read and agree to this Agreement.
1.3 Handling of Non-Acceptance
If you do not agree to or cannot accept any provision of this Agreement, please immediately cease downloading, installing, or using this Game and delete the installed game program. If platform rules or applicable laws and regulations require you to confirm an updated version before continuing to use this Game, you shall proactively complete the corresponding confirmation process; otherwise, you may be unable to continue using all or part of this Game's services.
1.4 Revision and Update of Agreement
We reserve the right to unilaterally revise this Agreement at any time based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or other reasonable grounds. The revised version of this Agreement shall automatically take effect on the date of its announcement within the Game or on the official website. We recommend that you regularly review the latest version of this Agreement to stay informed of any changes to relevant terms. Your continued use of this Game service after the Agreement has been updated shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement content.
1.5 Service Adjustment and Suspension
To ensure game operation strategies, service quality, and user experience, we have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of this Game's service content at any time based on actual operational needs. We also have the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to and use of this Game at our sole discretion. Such actions shall not constitute a breach of contract or infringement on our part.
II. Service Access and Use
2.1 Cost Bearing

2.3 Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that all risks associated with downloading, installing, and using this Game are borne solely by you. We are not liable for any usage obstacles or losses caused by network environment, device compatibility, third-party interference, or other reasons.
III. Account and Data Management
3.1 No Registration Required
This Game is a casual game that can be played without registering an account. You can access the core content of the Game without providing personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses.
3.2 Local Storage and Data Loss Risk
Your game progress, preference settings, and other related data are primarily stored in the local storage space of your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear the application cache, restore factory settings, or change devices, your game progress or other data may be permanently lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no responsibility for such data loss or damage.

IV. Fees and Virtual Items
4.1 Acquisition of Virtual Items
This Game may provide virtual currency (such as coins, diamonds, etc.) and other virtual items for you to purchase or redeem through legitimate official channels (such as the in-game store). You may only obtain the aforementioned virtual items through the official channels explicitly designated by us.
4.2 Prohibition of Improper Acquisition
For virtual currency and virtual items obtained by you through unofficial channels, illegal means, technical vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, or other improper methods, we have the right to directly deduct, clear, or invalidate them without prior notice, and reserve the right to further pursue relevant legal liabilities.
4.3 Usage Restrictions
Virtual currency and virtual items are limited to use within this Game only and do not possess any value as legal tender or physical goods. You may not exchange virtual currency or virtual items for legal tender, physical goods, or other valuable instruments in any form, nor may you transfer, gift, sell, or trade them in any form.
4.4 Right of Content Adjustment
We reserve the right to adjust the types, names, pricing, appearance, functional attributes, or acquisition methods of virtual currency and virtual items in this Game after reasonable notice (including but not limited to in-game announcements, official website notifications, etc.) based on operational strategies, market conditions, or changes in laws and regulations. Such adjustments shall not affect your ownership rights (if any) to virtual items you have legally obtained but may result in changes to their functionality or appearance.
V. User Conduct Guidelines
5.1 Legal Compliance Obligations
All your actions during the use of this Game service (including but not limited to text expressions, character naming, interactive operations, content creation, etc.) and any content generated, uploaded, or disseminated by you shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, etc.).
5.2 Public Order, Good Customs, and Platform Order
You agree to abide by public order, good customs, internet ethics, and generally recognized codes of conduct in the gaming industry when using this Service. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
(1) Publishing or disseminating any information that is illegal, violent, pornographic, gambling-related, terrorist, discriminatory, insulting, defamatory, or contrary to social morality;
(2) Impersonating others or making false statements;
(3) Maliciously interfering with or disrupting normal communication order or the game environment within the Game;
(4) Any other actions that we reasonably believe may harm this Game, other users, or our legitimate rights and interests.
5.3 Handling of Violations
If you commit any violation of this Agreement, we have the right, based on the severity of the violation and without prior notice, to take one or more of the following measures including but not limited to:
(1) Warning;
(2) Temporarily or permanently restricting the use of some or all functions within the Game;
(3) Banning your device identifier or account permissions;
(4) Clearing violating content or illegally obtained virtual items;
(5) Suspending or terminating the provision of this Game service to you;
(6) Other measures we deem reasonable and necessary.
We assume no compensation liability for such disposal actions and reserve the right to pursue legal liability against you.
5.4 Prohibition of Cheating and Illegal Activities
We strictly prohibit any form of cheating, automated program intervention, technical vulnerability exploitation, or illegal intrusion, including but not limited to:
(1) Using cheat programs, accelerators, scripts, bots, or other unauthorized third-party software;
(2) Exploiting game vulnerabilities, design flaws, or system defects for improper gain;
(3) Interfering with, disrupting, attacking, or attempting unauthorized access to this Game's servers, networks, or data;
(4) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of this Game or third parties.
Upon discovery, we will immediately take the strictest measures and reserve the right to pursue civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
VI. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) of this Game and all content, elements, resources, and derivative works contained therein (including but not limited to source code, object code, underlying architecture, documentation, art assets, animation effects, character designs, scene maps, interface layouts, music and sound effects, scripts, trademark logos, corporate identifiers, etc.) are owned by the Developer and are protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and international intellectual property laws.
6.2 Usage Restrictions
Without our prior explicitly signed written permission, no entity or individual may use any part of this Game in any way (including but not limited to copying, modifying, adapting, translating, compiling, disseminating, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works). Anyone violating the above statement shall be pursued for legal liability in accordance with the law.
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 Service Provided "As Is"
This Game service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, stability, accuracy, reliability, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose of this Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Force Majeure and External Factors
We assume no legal liability for any direct or indirect losses caused by the following reasons:
(1) Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, cyber attacks, failures of basic telecommunications operators, etc.);
(2) Third-party service issues (including but not limited to changes in app store policies, Apple iCloud service anomalies, interruptions in third-party advertising services, etc.);
(3) Network environment issues (including but not limited to unstable network signals, network latency, DNS resolution errors, etc.);
(4) Your improper use (including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, operational errors, device compatibility issues, etc.).
VIII. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Limit of Compensation Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, partners, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special losses (including but not limited to data loss, loss of virtual items, loss of anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use this Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.2 Territorial Applicability
This limitation of liability clause applies to all jurisdictions where such liability is not excluded or restricted by law. If the laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise, such legal provisions shall prevail.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the application of conflict of laws rules.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or this Service shall first be resolved through friendly consultations between the parties. If consultations fail, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction for resolution through litigation.
X. Severability of Terms
10.1 Severability of Effect
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or arbitration authority under applicable law, such provision shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, but the continued validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected in any way.
XI. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 Our Right of Assignment
We have the right to assign all or part of our rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, or legitimate acquirers or merger partners without obtaining your separate consent. Such assignment shall take effect from the date of notice issuance or transaction completion.
11.2 Your Transfer Restrictions
Without our prior written consent, you may not transfer, inherit, or authorize others to exercise any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement in any way.
